By accessing or using the Iconner Magazine website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for reading, discovering and sharing fashion, beauty, art and music content, and for submitting work for consideration. You may browse the Site, save articles to your account and share links to our pages.

Please do not copy or republish our articles or images without our written permission.

Some features, such as saved items, require an account. You must give an accurate email address and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

If you believe someone has used your account without permission, tell us straight away at iconnermagazine@gmail.com.

When you submit work, text, photographs or other material (“Submissions”), you keep ownership of it.

By submitting, you grant Iconner Magazine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, display and publish the Submission on the Site and on our official social media channels, with credit to you as its creator wherever practical.

You confirm that you own the Submission or have the right to share it, that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights, and that anyone shown in it has agreed to appear. Submitting does not guarantee publication, and we may decline or remove any Submission at our discretion.

The Site, its design, logo, editorial content, and the selection and arrangement of material are owned by Iconner Magazine or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for the rights granted in Submissions, no part of the Site may be used without our prior written permission. Work credited to a creator remains theirs.

You agree not to use the Site to:

- break any applicable law; - infringe the rights of others; - post or submit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful or sexually explicit material, including anything involving minors; - send spam or unsolicited commercial messages; - attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, other accounts or our servers; - interfere with the operation or security of the Site; - scrape or harvest content or personal data at scale; or - impersonate another person or organisation.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Opinions in editorial content belong to their authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of Iconner Magazine.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iconner Magazine and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
