Iconner Magazine (“we”, “us”) operates the iconnermaga.com website. For personal data you give us through the Site, we are the controller. You can reach us at iconnermagazine@gmail.com.

We collect only what we need to run the Site.

Account details: your email address and, if you give it, your name. These are handled by our authentication provider, Supabase, when you create an account or log in.

Newsletter: the email address you give us to receive the newsletter.

Submissions: your name, email, Instagram handle, portfolio link, concept note, brand details and any files you upload when you apply to be featured.

Contact messages: the name, email, subject and message you send through our contact form.

Saved items: the articles and editorials you save while logged in.

Analytics: aggregated page-view information through Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

We use this data to create and secure your account; send the newsletter and the emails you ask for; review submissions and reply to contact messages; show your saved items; keep the Site running, secure and fast; and understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used.

We do not sell your personal data.

We share personal data only with the service providers that run the Site for us:

- Supabase: database, file storage and authentication. - Vercel: hosting and analytics. - Resend: sending transactional emails and newsletters.

They process data on our instructions under their own data-protection terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We keep account and saved-item data for as long as your account exists. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Submissions and contact messages are kept only as long as needed to review and answer them, then deleted or archived.

When you ask us to delete your data, we remove it within a reasonable time, except where we must keep certain records by law.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. In some cases you can also ask us to restrict or object to its use. To exercise these rights, email iconnermagazine@gmail.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

Morocco: under Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you may also file a complaint with the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data (CNDP).

EU and EEA visitors: under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the same rights, and you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

We use only essential cookies. These keep you logged in through our authentication provider and are needed for the Site to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and Vercel Analytics is cookie-free.

The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
